Pizzini Wines - Prosecco Il Soffio

Pizzini Wines is a family-owned winery in Victoria's King Valley specialising in Italian wine varieties. Their vines were planted more than 30 years ago in the King Valley, and all their wines are made by their family winemaker Joel Pizzini.

Prosecco Il Soffio (the breath) is named by Pizzini for the breeze that blows through the King Valley in the evening. Hand picked, whole bunch pressed, with bubbles created using the Charmat method. This is a lovely sparkling wine with an aroma of green apple, wisteria flowers and citrus and with a dry and creamy mouthfeel.

Beautiful as an aperitif, and with diverse pairings from salads, creamy cheeses and sushi, through to spicy dishes.
