Darling Estate - Cabernet Sauvignon 2014

Darling Estate’s Koombahla vineyard is on the hillside in the upper king Valley.  The property has been in the Darling family for more than 100 years and since 1990 brings a focus on French winemaking styles to this predominantly Italian area.

The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautiful example of a cool climate Cabernet Sauvignon and the flavours of blackberry and chocolate and would match well with Mediterranean style tomato dishes, such as Moussaka as well as dark meat dishes and rich cheeses.
